Our Party Leader

Louise Smith, a 54-year-old dedicated healthcare professional, brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for community to the realm of politics. With 24 years of service in the NHS, Louise has witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by individuals and families within the healthcare system. Motivated by a desire to effect positive change on a larger scale, Louise aspires to become a party political leader for the people of today.

Throughout Louise’s career in healthcare, she has displayed unwavering commitment to the well-being of others. Louise’s compassion, empathy, and expertise have earned her the trust and respect of both colleagues and patients alike. This extensive background in healthcare has fostered a profound understanding of the needs and concerns of the community.

Beyond her role as a nurse, Louise has served as the Chair of Governors for a school for an impressive 20 years. This longstanding commitment to education demonstrates her dedication to nurturing the growth and development of future generations. By advocating for quality education and serving as a bridge between the school and the community, Louise has proven her ability to lead and her commitment to empowering individuals through knowledge and opportunity.

Your representatives will use the app to look in on their constituency and constituents every day and find out what issues are being prioritised by the app users. All the representatives can cross-reference through the app to show and prioritise common issues across the party’s constituencies, see what actions the citizens want to be taken, and the specific manner in which they wish to see it being carried out.

So, in short, your representatives will see which issues are important to you, what it is you want doing about them, and how you want it done.

The party doesn’t need any further policies beyond the instructions given by the people through the app. This system is being created so government can be more reactive to what is happening day to day, armed with information supplied by those that are experiencing those issues in the real world.

We at PoliNet also believe the app will help communities be more independent from government as they now have a platform where they can all stand together to get things done as a community. The answers will come from you the citizens, and It’s the party’s duty to legislate in the name of the people with a modern informed mandate.

Membership

Membership gives you access to the members area where you’ll be that bit closer to government and equipped with the power to change party policy.

Membership gives you a say on how the PoliNet app functions and future changes you’d like to see.

Membership gives you the authority to propose and vote on disciplinary action against MPs and other members who violate party rules. So, if a representative is underperforming, then members shall have a say on their role and future within the party.
Membership gives the authority to create and debate party rules.

Members will be able to debate policy and party issues.

Being a member, you’ll be first to see when decisions have been made.
